During the lockdown, I (Toon) did an internship with colleagues from Roast, a large grill restaurant in Haarlem (be sure to visit), who also roasted and delivered chickens during the lockdown. walked along in the kitchen, I learned the tricks of optimally roasting the chickens, so that we can now serve the most delicious chicken in Breda.
